This expansion replaces the standard game board with a double-sided map presenting two brand-new regions of Mars. Elysium takes players to the opposite side of Mars’ equator, featuring vast northern lowlands for oceans and a mineral-rich southern region, including the massive peak of Olympus Mons. Hellas covers the wild southern hemisphere, incorporating Mars’ south pole and the enormous Hellas crater, which yields distinct heat and water placement bonuses.
