Exploding Kittens NSFW Edition turns a quiet card draw into feline Russian roulette. Each turn, play action cards to peek at the deck, skip your turn, shuffle the pile or make an opponent draw twice—then draw and pray. Reveal an Exploding Kitten without a Defuse card and you're out; the last player standing wins. It plays 2–5 players in about 15 minutes, is light to learn, and suits ages 17+ with gleefully adults-only artwork. Expect hand management, push-your-luck tension, player elimination and take-that chaos.
The game began as an expansion for Exploding Kittens, the 2015 Kickstarter hit designed by Matthew Inman, Elan Lee and Shane Small that set a record for the most backers in the site's history. The NSFW deck gathered cards deemed too horrific—or too incredible—for the kid-safe original, before a stretch goal made it a standalone game. Play it alone, or combine it with the standard deck for up to nine players (ten with Imploding Kittens).
